Enkelejda Kamani was born in Fushe-Kruje (Albania) . She started very young studying singing in the artistic lyceum ‘Jordan Misja’ in the class of professor Zina Zdrava.
After graduated at lyceum she attended the Tirana's University of Arts in which she was ranked in first place by the jury's highly ratings. She has continued studies in the class of soprano Mariana Leka for 3 years to end with a 2 year master's program with tenor Giuseppe Gipali.
She is now specializing at the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala in Milan. Ms. Kamani was awarded with the First Prize International Competition “Maria Kraja” in Tirana and with the First Pirze at the National Competition “Jorgjie Truja” in Tirana, she also won AsLiCo International Competition and special prize at the prestigious Ottavio Ziino Competition in Rome.

Amongst her past engagements: I Capuleti e i Montecchi as Giulietta, Orfeo ed Euridice (Euridice), Le Nozze di Figaro (Susanna) and Carmina Burana at the National Opera and Ballet in Tirana.
Active also on the concert side she starred in a series of gala concerts in Tirana. Past engagements include also Pamina in Die Zauberflöte for the AsLiCo circuit,  Mozart’s Missa Solemnis in C-moll, with the Accademia of the Teatro alla Scala in Pavia

She has just made her debut at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan singing in Hänsel und Gretel (Sabbiolino), Other engagements at La Scala have included: Aida (Sacerdotessa); Cherubini’s Alì Baba (Delia) and Donizetti’s L’Elisir d’Amore (Adina);  Strauss’ Ariadne auf Naxos, and in the next monts Salieri’s Prima la musica e poi le parole (Tonina) and Verdi’s Rigoletto (Gilda).
