Born in Siracusa in 1992, he graduated at the Drama Academy of Giusto
Monaco (Istituto Nazionale del Dramma Antico- ADDA), where he
specialized under the guidance of Mauro Avogadro, Maurizio Donadoni,
Graziano Piazza, Gabriele Lavia and other great names of contemporary
Italian theater.
From 2014 he began studying singing with Salvatore
Fisichella in Catania. In 2016 he graduated in modern letters at the
University of Catania after that he started studying with Marcello
Giordani at the YAP Academy in Augusta.
Recent engagements include a series of gala concerts at the Teatro
Comunale di Siracusa and at the Teatro Donnafugata in Ragusa Ibla, at
the Municipal Theater of Avola, Gala Concert “Giordani and Friendsâ€
beside Marcello Giordani.
He starred as Dandini in La Cenerentola special project for schools at
the Teatro Comunale Luciano Pavarotti in Modena.
In 2018 he won the prestigious AsLiCo International Singing Competition
in Como, in June 2017 he won the “Young Talent Prize†at the
International Singing Contest Adriana Maliponte. In August 2017 he made
his debut in Pagliacci as Silvio, in Augusta-YAP production, besides
Marcello Giordani in the role of Canio.
Recent engagements included: Gomes' Lo Schiavo, La Fanciulla del West in Cagliari where he
returned singing in Madama Butterfly, as Morales in Carmen; Conte di
Monterone at the Teatro Antico in Taormina for a new production of
Rigoletto; Italiana in Algeri in Tenerife and Bologna; La Spada nella roccia
special project for schools, at the Teatro Verdi in Parma where he also returned participating in Rigoletto; Figaro in Le Nozze di Figaro for the AsLiCo circuit; Tosca at the Festival Puccini in Torre del Lago.
Plans
include: Le nozze di Figaro in Cosenza and Carmen at the Teatro Regio in Parma, in Reggio Emilia and Bolzano.
