One of today’s most appreciated mezzo, after her outstanding success in Aida at the Covent Garden in London, the Sunday Times wrote: «a glorious mezzo soprano...the most exciting Italian singer in her role in the last years».

Particularly appreciated in Italian and French repertoire she has established an extraordinary international career, performing regularly on the world’s most prestigious concert stages and opera houses including Teatro alla Scala, Metropolitan in New York, Covent Garden in London, Wiener Staatsoper, Staatsoper unter den Linden in Berlin, Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, Opernhaus in Zürich, Teatro Municipal in Santiago de Chile, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence, Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Teatro Comunale in Bologna, Teatro dell’Opera in Rome, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Teatro Regio in Parma and Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro. She worked with such conductors as Salvatore Accardo, Daniel Barenboim, Semyon Bychkov, Myung-Whun Chung, Colin Davis, Daniele Gatti, James Levine, Lorin Maazel, Zubin Mehta, Riccardo Muti and George Prêtre.

Mrs. D’Intino performed several times the role of Eboli (Don Carlo), which was to become one of her signature parts, in such venues as Metropolitan in New York, Bayerische Staatsoper, Opéra de Montecarlo, Teatro dell’Opera in Rome, Wiener Staatsoper and Opernhaus in Zürich. Her recent performances have included her awaited debut as Zia Principessa in Suor Angelica at the Opéra National de Paris; she then performed Aida at the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich and at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Florence; Cavalleria Rusticana at the Teatro alla Scala, at the Liceu in Barcelona and at the Opera in Florence; Don Carlo at the Opernhaus in Zürich, at the Wiener Staatsoper and at the Opéra National de Paris; Aida at the Metropolitan, at the Teatro alla Scala and at the Wiener Staatsoper; Boris Godunov and Il trovatore at the Opernhaus in Zürich; Il Trovatore at the Liceu in Barcelona; Carmen at Teatro Verdi in Trieste; Laura Adorno in La Gioconda and Adriana Lecouvreur at Opéra National de Paris; Verdi’s Requiem at the Teatro Regio in Parma, at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna, at the Chorégies d’Orange, at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, at the Musikverein in Wien (under the baton of Riccardo Muti), at the Liceu in Barcelona and at the Philarmonie in Berlin on tour with the Orchestra of Teatro alla Scala (under the baton of Daniel Barenboim).

She opened the 2014 season with her return to Opéra National de Paris as Amneris in Verdi’s Aida, followed by Adriana Lecouvreur in Bilbao, Il Trovatore (Azucena) at Teatro alla Scala, Aida (Amneris) at the Wiener Staatsoper, Cavalleria Rusticana in Florence and Palermo, Verdi's Requiem in Rome (Accademia Nazionale Santa Cecilia); Il Trovatore in Paris. Most recent engagements include: Suor Angelica (zia principessa) in Naples; Carmen and Aida at the Arena in Verona and Adriana Lecouvreur at Teatro di San Carlo in Naples; Il Trovatore at the Wiener Staatsoper and in Oviedo; Adriana Lecouvreur in Monte Carlo.
